I believe yoga has something to offer everyone, no matter where you are on your life's journey. My classes support all ages, abilities and interests. For me teaching yoga is a collaboration not a teacher knows best situation. I like to work with people to find their own way of feeling more at ease in their body, heart and mind. I teach with kindness, humility, humour and a deep sense of welcome.

My experience comes from a being human and living a life of ups and downs but also from training. I completed my teacher training (2.5yrs) with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2008 and with Sivananda (1month) in an ashram in India in 2009. Since then I have completed specialist six day trainings in yoga nidra, restorative yoga, pregnancy, post natal and kids yoga. I have undertaken many other workshops and trainings but most recently Biotensegrity as a way of understanding human structure and movement and a 550hr Yoga Therapy Course with the Minded Institute (focusing on mental health and physical health).

I am the creator and lead trainer of NIDRA RESTORE a method combining the healing modalities of restorative yoga with yoga Nidra. I am also a guest lecturer and teacher for the Minded Institute on restorative yoga and for Lushtums Pregnancy and Post-natal courses.

More than anything I am a mother of two boys, living with her husband by the sea in Brighton trying to do my best to live well and to support others to live well too. It'd be an honour to serve you in your yoga journey. Do get in touch if you want to find out more.
