Many people prefer 121s to group classes. This may be because they are building their confidence, find group classes distracting, the class times don’t suit them, or they want a specifically tailored practice. Whatever the reason 121s are a great way to make sure your yoga practice is tailored to your needs at this point in your life.
Classes last a minimum of one hour and a maximum of two. Usually people choose 1hr 15mins or 1hr 30mins depending on the time they have available. All equipment, mat, blocks etc are provided.
Together we decide on what kind of yoga practises will serve you best (yoga flow, restorative, meditation, yoga nidra) to help you achieve your goals i.e. relaxation, strength, flexibilty.
You can commit to a series of 121s or just enjoy a one off. Classes take place in your home or at mine.
You can cancel at anytime up until 24 hours before for no charge at all. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance you will be charged the full price.
