Only when you give the mind, body and soul space to let tension go do you begin to realise how much you are holding on to. This class of breath work, supported yoga postures (restorative yoga), meditation and a
30-minute guided relaxation will help you to feel renewed and refreshed. It suitable for everyone.
These sessions are run ad-hoc throughout the year. To receive an email update of up and coming sessions please email us with 'restorative yoga subscription' in the title box.
