When we practise yoga we need to honour our bodies, stay mindful and act upon the feedback our body give us. 


During your practice work with respect to your limitations on that day. Always move with humility and gratitude with what your body is able to offer. No one comes to their mat perfect, it's all about the practice. 


If you feel any pain, stop, seek advice from your yoga teacher or GP before resuming your practice. 


Rest when you need to and be mindful that every practice is different.


Enjoy, not endure. So enjoy.
