Yoga Aid Challenge: 108 sun salutations

Take part in the second Yoga Aid UK Challenge. Join 300 people in a to 2 hour yoga practice.The challenge is to anyone visiting the Yoga Show on Saturday 31st October, 2009.

Register NOW and take the opportunity to practice with 12 of the worlds leading teachers as they lead 9 different styles of sun salutations.

The challenge is to complete 108 sun salutations and raise a minimum of £108 in sponsorship. Through the website Just Giving, all sponsorship money will go directly to your chosen charity.
